Breakfast was included with a free coupon - which was nice, had some good breakfast options. And a super tasty cookie was provided on checkin for those sugar lovers amongst us. My friend left her ipad behind in the room after checkout and the staff quickly located it and got it back to her. Thanks!

It is a large hotel, with big events happening in the convention center and in the lobby area. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, so we had to park inside the parking structure (fee was waived). The lobby is nice - there are glass elevators and a waterfall. Breakfast was ok (eggs, pancakes), but I would prefer more healthy options. It was only a-la-carte, no buffet. Room service was available, and you can order food from the restaurant, or something from Pizza Hut. There is Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, a good experience.

Staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in early. The cookies were warm and delicious! Location was right off the freeway, towards the end of the downtown area. Felt safe, and there was security walking around the parking lot.

Beautiful designed hotel. Bit old school n the outside, but inside we appreciated the architectural shape and design of the hotel. Small but delicious swimming pool

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Great location to get to Fulton 55. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my free cookie.
