It is a large hotel, with big events happening in the convention center and in the lobby area. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, so we had to park inside the parking structure (fee was waived). The lobby is nice - there are glass elevators and a waterfall. Breakfast was ok (eggs, pancakes), but I would prefer more healthy options. It was only a-la-carte, no buffet. Room service was available, and you can order food from the restaurant, or something from Pizza Hut. There is Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, a good experience.

My friend left her ipad behind in the room after checkout and the staff quickly located it and got it back to her. Thanks!

Staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in early. The cookies were warm and delicious! Location was right off the freeway, towards the end of the downtown area. Felt safe, and there was security walking around the parking lot.

We got great help with accessing the WIFI. It was a complicated one solve and the manager was very patient in working through the issues. We order a salad for room service. It was processed quickly and was very delicious.
